The month of May has started off with a bang. With good limits of trout and redfish being caught. The water is starting to heat up and the trout bite is to. Trout are turning on to live bait and getting into there summer patterns. Lot a big trout are being caught as well with some of them upwards of 27-28”, but with plenty to be caught in the 18-20” range as well.

Redfish are still being caught using cut bait. With the water heating up and our tide falling there moving to deeper water as the days heat up.

There are many oversized reds being caught, some upwards of 45” but mainly 30-35” range. Good time to get on the water for some fun.
